Live Stream Guide and Schedules — Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of livestream.guide and Live Stream Guide and Schedules (the “Service”). The Service is provided by the operator of livestream.guide (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Live Stream Guide and Schedules is a free, curated TV-guide style schedule of live streams. Channels appear down the side of the grid and time runs across the top. Listings are chosen by us; this is not an open directory where anyone can add a channel.
Clicking a block or channel name opens that stream on its own platform in a new tab. We do not embed video or chat on this site. We do not show ads on this site and we do not accept payments for listings or features.
Schedule times, titles, and live status are informational. They may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. The guide is not a promise that a channel is live or that a program will start at a stated time. We may add, remove, or correct listings at any time. A listing is not an endorsement.
2. Accounts
An account is optional. You can browse the public guide without one. If you register, you must provide a valid email address and a password, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
A free account lets you follow curated channels and optionally receive email when a followed channel goes live. There are no paid plans. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the Service or other users.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- probe, scan, or attack the Service, or interfere with its security or availability;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the catalog in a way that impairs the Service or bypasses reasonable access limits;
- attempt to add, sell, or pay for channel listings (listings are curated only).
4. Third-party platforms
Streams live on third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and Rumble. When you click out, those services’ terms, community rules, and privacy practices apply. We do not control their players, chat, accounts, or availability, and we are not responsible for their content or outages.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s design, compilation, and original text are provided by the operator of livestream.guide. Channel names, logos, and stream titles belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you a license to copy, republish, or commercially reuse the catalog beyond ordinary personal use of the guide.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF LIVESTREAM.GUIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM THIRD-PARTY STREAMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
8. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
